- Advice on the application of aspects of a client’s company constitution to its decisions on a large organisational restructure;
- As part of a corporate re-organisation and consolidation of group companies, McCafferty Legal advised a client on a refresh of the organisation’s corporate governance arrangements – this included review and update of the company constitution, Board charter, and advice on fit-for-purpose wider governance arrangements for the group of companies;
- Advice on the governance arrangements for a new global platform of green energy projects.
