Project Details
McCafferty Legal advised the transmission network service provider on the connection arrangements for the Wambo Wind Farms, a part of the Western Downs designated network asset, in Queensland.
McCafferty Legal supported the negotiation of the connection agreements for these projects, as well as the access policy under the National Electricity Rules for the Western Downs designated network asset.
Our work on this project demonstrates McCafferty Legal’s ongoing expertise in network connection and access arrangements for large scale transmission infrastructure in the NEM.
