McCafferty Legal is advising a client on the development of an Asia Pacific portfolio of energy projects including a green ammonia facility and utility scale solar.
McCafferty Legal is advising on all aspects of the development – key activities have included complex land tenure arrangements; considering application of the new Future Made in Australia legislation and transitioning to this framework from the existing LGCs; advising on appropriate corporate structuring to take the projects to finance and development; and assisting with term sheets and strategic advice for initial capital rising.
