McCafferty Legal advised our client on the balance of plant construction arrangements for a large wind farm development currently under construction on the east coast of Australia. The development was progressed under a consortium model between the balance of plant contractor and OEM provider.
McCafferty Legal advised our client on the upstream EPC arrangements with the principal, and the consortium agreement between the contractors required to deliver the project.
