McCafferty Legal is advising a client on network support services agreement with the jurisdictional network service provider, for the provision of network support services. The network support agreement is an essential part of our client’s revenue streams to support an investment decision for its facility. We have supported our client with advice on the network support agreement itself; as well as in discussions with the network service provider, and in navigating the complex regulatory framework surrounding network support services.
