Project Details
McCafferty Legal advised our client on the balance of plant construction arrangements for the Wooreen BESS in Victoria. The project is a 350MW/1400MWh BESS being built in the Latrobe Valley.
With a split contracting arrangement being sought by the principal, we assisted our client to negotiate the balance of plant construction contractual framework for this project, including applicable interface and financier requirements.
The project is currently under construction.
