Phillippa has more than 20 years’ experience in the law, predominantly working as in-house counsel in the energy industry – working across electricity generation, retail and network businesses. Phillippa also has a strong background in corporate governance. She was most recently Company Secretary and General Counsel at TasNetworks, a position she held for nearly eight years. Before joining TasNetworks, Phillippa worked at Hydro Tasmania for nine years, initially as a Corporate Solicitor and then as Deputy General Counsel.
Phillippa practices primarily in the firm’s services areas of network connection, regulation, corporate structuring, offtake, disputes, and governance and Board advisory.
